IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: Main Guest To Provide Host a Copy of Government Issued ID prior to checking into this home. DAMAGE/SECURITY DEPOSIT: Main Guest is required to submit a damage/security deposit prior to entering the home. If any items are found missing/broken or damaged, the guest agrees to deduct costs from the deposit. If deposit is not sufficient to cover costs, guest agrees to have any/all additional cleaning fees & damages billed directly to the credit card on file with host. **THIS REQUIREMENT CAN BE WAIVED IF GUEST HAS GREAT REVIEWS ON THE PLATFORM** GUESTS STAYING OVERNIGHT: Only the number of guests included in your booking are allowed to stay overnight. Please let the host know if the number of guests changes and submit a reservation change to update costs. Unregistered guests discovered by the host will be billed at $20/night. EVENTS POLICY: There are absolutely NO EVENTS allowed at this venue. Inviting unregistered guests is cause for termination of your reservation and you will be asked to move immediately without a refund for any unused portion of the reservation. DRUGS/ALCOHOL/SMOKING POLICY: Absolutely ZERO Drug Tolerance policy and/or underage drinking. There is no smoking allowed inside this home. If you are a smoker, we ask that you smoke away from the property and give your clothes time to air out before stepping inside again. Leaving the house smelling like smoke keeps other guests from being comfortable in our space and results in fees for air scrubbing in the range of $500. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Guests agree to leave the home in the condition it was found and follow checkout instructions provided by guests. Please check out on time (by 11am) as the cleaning crew arrives within minutes of checkout to prepare the home for the next guest. A service fee of $50 dollars per additional hour past check out time will be billed or deducted from the deposit. CLEANING POLICY: The Cleaning fee does not include picking up after guests. Hosts pay a competitive wage to a 3rd party cleaning company, who are there to clean linens and disinfect all surfaces of the home for the safety and convenience of guests. It is expected that the home be left in the condition it is found. UNREGISTERED PARTIES POLICY: If an unregistered event is discovered, guest deposits will be forfeited, reservation will be canceled immediately. Guest agrees to have the credit card on file billed directly for any/all additional cleaning and damages to the home. COMPLAINTS: Noise complaints by the neighbors and/or involvement by authorities caused guests will result in termination of the reservation and be asked to leave immediately without a refund for any unused portion of the reservation. UNREGISTERED PETS: Not all homes are pet friendly and bringing pets into a home without notice causes health risks for future guests with allergies. If an unregistered pet is found in the home, the security deposit will be forfeited and guest agrees to be billed for any additional cleaning/damages caused by the pet. SECURITY CAMERAS: Visible cameras on the property are for security and emergency purposes only. They are located on the exterior of the property (front and back doors). Recorded footage is kept for 10 days and deleted automatically if no incident is reported. This is also used to ensure guest count accuracy.

-Your car can be stored inside the gate, a code for the combo lock will be sent to you with you front door access code after booking. - Access is through smart lock with personalized code that activates at the beginning of reservation & expires at checkout time. Emergency keys are available in the case that the smart lock fails.
