For security reasons, access to the property cannot be granted until guest verification is completed. ⸻ Security Deposit / Damage Responsibility A refundable security deposit or incidental hold may be required prior to entry. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules during their stay. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest authorizes the host to charge the payment method on file for the remaining balance. ⸻ Registered Guests Only Only the number of guests included in your reservation may stay overnight. If your guest count changes, please update the reservation before arrival. Unregistered overnight guests may result in an additional charge of $25 per person per night. ⸻ Events & Parties Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted. Inviting unregistered guests or hosting events may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. ⸻ Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoking occurs inside or causes strong odor in the home, a minimum deodorization fee of $500 may apply. If you smoke outside, please do so away from the property and allow clothing to air out before returning indoors. ⸻ Drugs & Illegal Activity Illegal drugs and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ⸻ Checkout Time & Procedure Checkout time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved. Our cleaning team arrives shortly after checkout to prepare the home for the next guests. Late checkouts without prior approval may result in a $50 per hour service fee. Guests are expected to follow the checkout instructions provided prior to departure. ⸻ Cleaning Expectations Your cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, sanitation, and linen service. Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonable condition, including disposing of trash and excessive mess. Additional cleaning required due to misuse of the property may result in additional charges. ⸻ Noise & Neighbor Respect Please be respectful of neighbors. Noise complaints or disturbances may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ⸻ Pets Not all homes are pet friendly. Bringing unregistered pets into the home may result in additional cleaning fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. ⸻ Security Cameras For safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. Cameras are located outside only (front and rear exterior areas) and are used for security purposes and to verify guest count. Footage is automatically deleted after 10 days unless required for incident reporting.

We loved staying here! Everything was exactly as listed and was very clean and updated! Hosts were great at communicating and updating us on things, we will definitely be staying here next time we are in town. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

Baytown is relatively easy to explore, especially when staying in a place like this where transportation options are abundant. The best way to get around without renting a car is through UBER or Lyft. If you choose to to rent a car, there is plenty of FREE parking onsite. The nearby Baytown Bus Service also connects you to all of the important points in town.
